Our 10-Year Workmanship Warranty, Explained

Our 10-Year Workmanship Warranty, Explained

Most contractor warranties are fine print. Ours is a headline: every installation Top Dog Contracting completes is backed by a 10-Year Workmanship Warranty.

What It Covers

Roofing, siding, gutters, windows — any install we complete is covered for a full 10 years. If a nail pops, a seam separates, flashing pulls loose, or anything fails because of how we installed it, we come back and repair it free of charge. No arguments, no runaround.

What It Does Not Cover

No workmanship warranty can cover acts of God — hail storms, tornadoes, fallen trees, floods, and lightning. No installation survives a direct hit from a 100-year storm, and any contractor who claims otherwise is selling you something.

That is what homeowners insurance is for, and that is where our storm damage team comes in. After a weather event, we document the damage with photos, walk you through the claim, and restore your home.

Why 10 Years Matters

A workmanship defect almost always shows up in the first few years. A contractor confident in their work does not need to hide behind a 12-month guarantee — and a 10-year commitment means we install it right the first time, because we are the ones paying if we do not.

How to Use It

Your warranty is in writing on every contract. If you ever notice a problem with work we installed, call us at (618) 915-9736. We will inspect it free, and if it is on us, we fix it. That is the Top Dog way.
