Every project starts with a free, no-obligation inspection. After inspecting your property, we provide a written quote for the exact scope of work discussed. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Verbal or online ballpark figures are estimates only, and final pricing is confirmed only in the written quote.

Accepting a quote and scheduling work is done directly with our team. Until both parties sign a work agreement, no binding contract exists.

Timelines given before work begins are good-faith estimates — weather, material availability, and unforeseen property conditions can change a schedule. Payment terms, deposits, and milestones are stated in your written work agreement. Financing options are provided through trusted third-party lenders and are subject to their own approval terms.

Our installations are backed by our 10-Year Workmanship Warranty. The warranty covers failures caused by our workmanship; it does not cover acts of God such as hail storms, fallen trees, or floods. Full details are on our Warranty page, which is incorporated into these Terms.

When someone you refer completes a project with us, you earn a cash bonus of up to $1,000 based on the approved scope of work, paid within 14 days of the completed installation. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

By submitting a referral, you confirm you have your friend's permission to share their contact information with us. We reserve the right to modify or end the referral program at any time; bonuses are honored for referrals submitted before any change.

When you submit your phone number through our forms, you consent to receive calls, texts, and voicemails from Top Dog Contracting LLC about your request, quote, or referral bonus — including messages sent by autodialer or automated systems. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or telling us by phone. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

This website links to third-party sites, including our financing partner's pre-qualification page and our social media profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Financing approval, rates, and terms are set solely by the lender.

All text, photos, videos, and branding on this site are the property of Top Dog Contracting LLC or used with permission. Project photos show real work we have completed. You may not copy, republish, or reuse our content without our written permission.

This website is provided "as is" for informational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Dog Contracting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Our liability for work we perform is defined in your signed work agreement and warranty documents.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Madison County or the applicable Illinois jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
