Meet the Owner: Carmelo Mendoza

When you call Top Dog Contracting LLC, you do not reach a call center or a sales rep reading a script. You reach Carmelo Mendoza — the owner, the operator, and the first one up the ladder every morning.

Most customers meet Carmelo on their own doorstep at a free inspection. He is the one who climbs your roof, walks your property, and shows you photos of exactly what he found — the good and the bad. If your roof has five good years left, he tells you. If it needs a full replacement, he shows you why. There is no middleman between the person quoting your job and the crew completing it, because they are the same person.

The Owner Is the Standard

Carmelo runs Top Dog the way he would want a contractor to treat his own home. That is why he personally walks every inspection, checks every finished roof before the crew packs up, and answers his own phone when a customer has a question two years later. When our crew is on your home, the owner's name is literally on the truck in your driveway — and he treats every job that way.
